Airwolf II

First aired Saturday, October 5, 1985

Synopsis

Hawke is framed for a train robbery carried out by a second helicopter, 'Redwolf', built by a vengeful designer.

Episode recap

There is another wolf in the sky. A second super-helicopter — 'Redwolf', built by a designer with a grudge — carries out a spectacular train robbery, and the evidence is framed to point at the only aircraft the authorities can imagine doing it: Airwolf, and Hawke at her controls. "Airwolf II" gives the series its dark-mirror episode, the Lady finally facing a machine from her own bloodline. Clearing Hawke's name means finding and beating Redwolf in the air, pilot against pilot, prototype against prototype. Every great machine-hero eventually meets its evil twin; this is Airwolf's.
