Synopsis
A disgruntled ex-F.I.R.M. agent leaks classified files, and Hawke suspects a mole inside the organization.

A fired F.I.R.M. agent walks out with classified files and starts leaking, and the paranoia the series planted back in "Mad Over Miami" blooms fully: Hawke suspects the real problem is still inside the building. "Severance Pay" is the season's espionage chamber piece — an investigation of the team's own employer, where org charts are terrain and loyalty is a working hypothesis. The disgruntled leaker is dangerous, but the mole question is corrosive, and Archangel's white-suited world has never looked less immaculate. The episode's title is a dry joke with teeth: in this business, everyone eventually learns what their service was worth.
