Synopsis
St. John tests a flawed military aircraft and is turned into a fugitive hunted by company hit men.
Episode recap
St. John test-flies a military aircraft with a flaw its makers prefer buried — and when he survives what the design intended, the program's owners convert him from pilot to problem. Hunted by company hit men, branded a fugitive, he learns how fast institutions close ranks around a defective product. "Flowers of the Mountain" is Season 4's corporate-conspiracy hour, the new era's answer to "Eagles": the same rot, higher stakes, and this time the whistle-blower is the series' own lead. The Lady's job is to keep her pilot alive long enough for the truth to outrun the contract on him.
